YOU are enough!

Hello beautiful Souls. Today my message is about YOU...who just isn't good enough!

*YOU have high expectations of yourself and put things off until they are perfect.

*YOU procrastinate, feeling like you’ll be ready when you finish the next training course.

*YOU feel like you don’t know what you’re doing even though you’ve done it before.

*YOU feel like things should be easier for you to learn.

YOU always somehow feel, not good enough.

*YOU are plagued with feelings of self doubt and a fear of failing even though you are more skilled that anyone else.

*YOU lack the courage and the will to try.

Notice the common and repeated word here is "YOU"

This kind of behaviour can cause huge anxiety and depression. It's a feeling of loss of worth with extra emphasis on "nothing is achievable for me". It's a form of self sabotage.

These traits can very easily be impostor syndrome. It's very real and can be debilitating, it's not just being insecure and having a lack of confidence.

Recognise any of these traits? This is often ignited from your childhood where high expectations from you, yourself caused this overwhelm and distress. What's important to do is to be aware and start to recognise each negative thought you tell yourself. Start now and make yourself say a positive alternative out loud.

Practice this all the time then add a line of gratitude for reinforcement. Find help by changing these thoughts in the sub-conscious brain.

I would appreciate you all posting a positive word to offer upliftment in the comments below. You are worthy and you are valued. YOU ARE ENOUGH!
