What’s on your bucket list?

Hello beautiful Souls My message today is about bucket lists.

Do you have a "bucket list"? Do you have dreams or wishes and is there something you yearn for deep inside you that you wish to achieve? Do you aspire to have wishes granted and are they all "things"?

We all need something to aspire to, something to make us get excited about and something to strive towards. Your "bucket list" should be attainable yet take you a little out of your comfort zone.

Today make time to write a bucket list, start ticking off the things you get to achieve no matter how small and set some goals to achieve them. Give yourself a reason to live, a reason to wish and a reason to be fulfilled.

These are not necessarily all materialistic goals. They can be meaningful achievements too. This is a tool to give you some motivation and for your very first task make it something you know is achievable, yet will stretch you somewhat to get it done.

Slowly you can increase your comfort zone level. What you set your mind to... can become a reality. Time to get away from the "plodding" and boring almost depressive state of surviving. Giving yourself a goal to achieve and applying gratitude is a great way to overcome depression and a negative mindset. Begin to thrive not just survive!

Remember that uncertainty gives us an opportunity to navigate options on offer.

It would be great to hear some ideas for a bucket list. Should you wish to share them below. Let's inspire each other to have some fun again and feel uplifted. #talkwithavra #avrapoelmann #nlppractitioner #lifecoach #hypnotherapist
