The journey to healing

Hello lovely souls. My message today is about the readiness and the journey to heal.

It is important to realise that healing only comes about when we are good and ready and to accept living in this very moment, the now.

When we are finally ready and want to heal, we will have to embrace the creation of an enormous feeling of new beginnings and a shift in our lives. This is a journey that moves away from self pity, worthlessness and desperation.

This process is a journey taking us out of loneliness, sadness and loss, to a positive realisation and change. Wanting to heal is about living in the present time and learning from our lessons with acceptance without fear.

Healing is about letting in a new positive energy and discarding any toxic filters and negativity. Healing is about initiating the feeling of seeing the bigger picture and viewing everyone and experiences as our teacher.

We have to embrace life and give love unconditionally, like giving food to our hunger and water to our thirst.

It's is about understanding and learning more from those who trigger us and create an awareness and a sense of what we don't want.

It's time to stop allowing our hurts and past to define our fear. Healing is about ceasing to live with limited beliefs and giving labels to collective groups of negative influences.

When we decide to heal we decide to make a positive commitment to live a life of fulfillment. Sometimes there is no real event or specific that gives us permission to heal. Sometimes we simply decide it time to be done with what doesn't serve you any longer. It's the healing journey.
