Stop believing the labels that are stuck on others.

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about us being so quick to label people.

Oh, how we tend to need to categorize people, they are.. extrovert, introvert ,optomists, pessimists, people pleasers etc. All these personality types or categories are made even more apparent and identified by our behaviour.

Our behavior can also be defined by our emotions and circumstances.

We may seem to be a totally different personality than we really are. We have witnessed someone being reserved, quiet and almost anti-social in one situation and then suddenly see them in a totally different light in a another enviroment. If we look at the circumstances, such as trauma and fear related experiences, we will be perceived to be a totally differnt personality.

Someone who has an addiction will be probably be perceived as an addict, even if they make an incredible turn around. A thief is always see as a thief, a cheater is always deemed a cheater! We are not willing to see a new person develop and change for the better.

Too often individuals are also trying so hard to reinforce behaviours and attitudes based on psychometric tools and guidelines. We are so relentless in our judgement and need to label everyone sometimes forget to allow for change and improvement.

Sterotyping is limiting our minds and the opportunity that we could have to find further growth.

It is time to stop with the labels and make every day a new day to create and opportunity to improve and change for the better.
