Hello Beautiful Souls. My message today is about staying present.


With this ever changing world and continued uncertainty it is even more evident that by staying present is a tool we can use to avoid more anxiety.


We are all still facing the aftermath in the form of loss, disappointments and challenges in this current turmoil that has unfolded in the last few years with the huge financial and mental impact of Covid. It is really sad how many people were unable to connect with loved one's. Plans were disrupted and people were getting really angry with continued "on hold" living. This is about building up expectation and then not having them manifest. Yet, now with introspective thinking we may have been led to live more presently!


Maybe a lesson? We may have learned is that life can change in a second! We cannot plan too much in advance. Things will happen for a reason and in divine timing.


When we focus more on the present we remain constant and up to date. We are not in control of some situations. Take time the think carefully before setting yourself up for a fall.


In a sense at least, we may well have been living in limbo. Is it really important to know exactly what we “don’t know ”Would we ever know about tomorrow or what it holds? Life is like the weather it changes and takes us by surprise more often than not! Simply not a predictable option! In uncertain times it’s best to remain in present state!


Of course only you can make the decision to be present. If you can find the space to stay present and consider allowing a sense of surrender and know that “it is what it is!” Working online has opened so many options to live in the now!


It is of importance to have basic necessities in place for our well being of course and dreams can come true with positive action and an attitude of both gratitude and abundance is always a steady and safe tool to keep in place!
