Hello beautiful Souls, my message today is about processing and allowing yourself to have emotions.
How often do we get told to get over it?
How often do we have an inner voice that supports us and pushes us to strive to do better, even though we feel absolutely broken?
How often do we feel very emotional and simply block out that emotion?
Whether we are in a space of physical or emotional anguish, or... maybe both. There needs to be a space for processing that situation.
We do need to feel its "ok" NOT to be ok too! Not just a saying, it valid. When we find uncertainty about our situation and feel overwhelmed we may need to reach out. Uncertainty also allows for the capicity to see opportunities and new perspective.
This is not specifically to find a solution, this is about being able to express and process our emotions and our pain. Its ok to have uncertaintly as it allows us to have options to be creative and stops us being limited in what we feel.
This is both mentally and physically. Our body and mind need to make a connection and allow for time to heal. Its perfectly fine to have a "too muckingfutch" day too!
Allow yourself to mourn, feel sad, feel frustrated and feel helpless and angry. Embrace and permit the emotion of the "noise" in. Let it all process. What is important is to feel and own our feelings. Acknowledge them.
Once you walk in this space you will start to feel an acceptance and get your power back to move forwards. Just, make sure you dont allow these emotions to define you, merely allow them to visit and do their job to enlighten you that there are not so good days or bad days there are just simply... days.
Each day is extra special and allows you to take the time to remember more than ever to find something to be grateful for no matter how hard your day is.
Sometimes there's nothing more to do, except just be. BEING is one of the most important purposes of life.
