International Peace Day. A few simple steps to guide you to inner peace.

Hello beautiful Souls. Today my message is in line with the fact that we all need well-being and Peace.

It is International day of Peace. I wish to extend peaceful love and light to all those who follow me and want to find growth and a space of comfort and tranquility.

One of the first steps of finding peace is to find stillness:

Here are the guidelines to assist you to do your part in acknowledging peace today!

* Sit in an uninterupted space every day for at least 15 minutes.

* Make time to make time for yourself, self care.

* Breathing is the essence of a quieter mind, inhale and exhale.

* Listen to music often that enhances your serentity.

* Allow yourself permission to be a little selfish.

* Spend time in nature as often as you can.

* Walk barefoot and find the grounding you need.

* Embrace all your senses and be aware of them.

* Express three things you are grateful for every day.

* Share kindness and love unconditionally with no expectations.

* Learn meditation and do it as often as you can.

* Find a space of water, swim, bath or shower and connect with it.

* Don't allow others to define who you are with their opinions.

* Worthiness and ability is measured by self.

* Reach out for assistance and help if you are in need.

* Get good sleep and rest time.

* Do some form of exercise.

* Laugh and be happy for a new day.

* Let it be!

* Only be in control of what you are in control of.
