Hello beautiful Souls. Today I ask the question? How do you describe happiness?

Happiness is a complex and subjective emotion that is often associated with a sense of well-being, contentment, and joy. It is a positive and pleasurable state of mind that can arise from various sources and experiences.

At its core, happiness for me is a subjective experience, meaning that it can vary greatly from person to person. What brings happiness to one individual may not necessarily have the same effect on another. Different people find happiness in different things, such as personal achievements, relationships, experiences, or even simple moments of everyday life.

Happiness cannot always be a constant state but rather a fleeting and dynamic emotion that can be influenced by various factors, including external circumstances, personal beliefs and values, genetics, and even brain chemistry. It can be influenced by both long-term factors, such as overall life satisfaction and fulfillment, as well as short-term events and immediate feelings.

It is important to me that happiness is not synonymous with a life free of challenges, hardships, or negative emotions. It is a multifaceted concept that encompasses a range of emotions and experiences. While happiness generally involves positive emotions, it does not mean that one must be happy all the time or avoid negative emotions altogether. In fact, experiencing and acknowledging a full range of emotions is considered normal and healthy.

Ultimately, happiness is a deeply personal and subjective experience that can be influenced by a variety of factors. It is a goal that many people strive for, and its pursuit often involves finding meaning and purpose in life, nurturing relationships, pursuing personal growth and fulfillment, and cultivating positive emotions and perspectives.

Happiness is also something we can only create ourselves and the idea of expecting others to make us happy is not something I agree with. Others can enhance this happiness we have within ourselves with a sense of joy...."You make me feel happy, because I am happy! " Focus on what excites and ignites you not what makes sad.

When you have a good headspace and little fear, YOU ARE HAPPY! When you don't need much to make you content, you are happy, when you feel loved and safe, you are happy! Let's be happy!
