Finding awareness

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about finding awareness.

When we meditate we are in a space of awareness and awareness is an all encompassed energic space.

How do you find space and be able to embrace awareness? It is so very simple. We have connect to every sensation and vibration. The energy source is powerful in awareness.

You may ask how you "are" aware of awareness? Well, this is the simple part. If you know you "are" aware then you "are" aware, that you "are" aware. RIGHT?

You may ask what if I am not aware of awareness? If you are aware that you "are not" aware, then you are aware of being "not aware". So, it's still awareness. RIGHT?

Then you may ask what if I am "not sure" of awareness? If you are aware that you are "not sure" of being aware, then you are aware again that you are "not sure" of being aware. Once again you are still in awareness! RIGHT?

Let me give you some clarity on all this confusion that is so simple with regards awareness. Awarenes is a continued state of being.

Ways to add to your awareness tool box. Engage ALL your senses including ESP (extra sensory perception) or intuition.

Some examples:

🌷Stop and smell the roses, literally.

🤔Focus on the movement of your jaw went you eat.

🕊Listen to the birds tweet or the waves crashing.

🌳Look at the colours in nature, trees and the sky, especially focus on green and blue, bringing calming to yourself.

🚶‍♀️Walk barefoot on and feel the connection to earth, offering you grounding.

🍯Taste the sweetness of the honey.

🗣Breathe or chant and feel your breath. Be aware of your chest and stomach moving in and out as you inhale and exhale.

Having better awareness gives us a better understanding and intereprtation of what is happening in and around us. It also allows us to focus better and to lessen anxiety.
