Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about acceptance of feeling a little afraid.
Fear will arise. There is nothing wrong with experiencing an uneasy feeling or fear, no matter the path of consciousness. Fear is a natural response. It's a signpost that needs validation, acceptance and kindness. It is a resource of protection and safety.
When you meet your own inner fear with kindness and acceptance it has less hold, the battle of trying to suppress it is no more. The more you resist the more it will persist.
Remind yourself that fear is more than often about the unknown outcomes that allow our minds to think up the "worst case scenarios." Once this thought pattern starts it gathers momentum and adds a "stacking" of challenges that have not yet happened.
Breathe in some kindness and acceptance into your fears. Nothing can change the future, it will be what it will be.
Permit yourself grounding and meditation to ground you and tap your upper heart (the midpoint between heart and throat chakra) breathe slowly and allow fear to dissipate.
The most important thing to remember is that we have to stop fear defining us. We have to manage and navigate the road forward with good tools and support.
