Are you holding onto things?

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about holding onto things.

There is a common need amongst humans to hold onto stuff. Whether this is physically hording or mentally holding on. So much so that we are just not able to release emotions or feelings that make us feel connected to something or someone.

We would need to assess whether it is a negative more possessive connection or a positive need. We tend to get stuck in a rut and can't move on because we carry unneeded baggage that continually comes out to haunt us when we are triggered.

Take stock now and decide what it is today that you are holding onto that you must discard of. Make peace and find acceptance in...it is what it is.

Easier said than done? Nope, its not as difficult if we envisage when we really unpack it and look at how hard it is to actually live with it!

Ask yourself what your life would be like if you could stop holding on to this negative "power" you have allowed to upset your balance. This will most likely be easier to do when you evaluate the significant negativity it brings to your unhappiness.

So, find the courage today to discard of one physical item you no longer need and one emotional item that no longer serves you today! This will be the start of your freedom.

Embrace the "not" holding on to things that bring you down. De-clutter and and feel the weight lessen and focus on positive energy rather than draining energy.

Make sure this is not a situation where you are holding on for the sake of comfort zone and ask yourself if it's really serving you to hold on to it?
