Are you feeling trapped?

Hello Beautiful Souls . My message today is about feeling trapped.


John Lennon said "How can I go forward, when I don't know which way I am facing?" It's good not to stay somewhere you don't belong. When there is no reason to stay, it's a good reason to go.


Are you stuck between try harder and why bother? Sometimes it's good to ask yourself why would a bird stay in the same place when it can fly...sometimes we need to ask ourselves the same question! Often what we are most afraid of well set us free.


Time to evaluate what is making you feel trapped. Look back and realize how strong you have been to get to where you are. When you change your perception and stop feeling insecure , you allow those feelings to guide you to do what will serve you best. When you commit to action and change your mindset then the stress becomes manageable.


Sometimes you are comforted by finding an acceptance in being trapped. The irony is it may even give you a sense of being safe. Only you can make the changes to help yourself stop having a feeling you are trapped. Life offers us choices, regain your control and build a happy future. When you feel you belong , you feel free. Make this happen! If you can’t stop feeling trapped remember no one is listening to your complaints anymore. Your life will remain with limits and loss of self, take back your power.
